AR Posting by Branch
Each terminal requiring a separate AP posting will be defined as their own branch. Once this option is enabled in AP Variables, the AP posting will allow you to select only your branch.

A branch does not need to be a physical location, it is commonly used in ePASS to separate terminals or departments. In the branch maintenance, you can add a new branch for the specified user(s). Make sure to duplicate the terminal settings from their current branch and terminal into the new branch.

When you right click on the ePASS icon on the desktop and left click Properties, the following screen will appear:
In the target, you can change the branch by replacing Default with your new branch code. Remember this is case sensitive.

Tools > System Maintenance > Variables > Accounts Payable > Posting Tab
Check Split Posting By Branch to enable this feature.
AP Posting
AP > Post Transactions
The branch option is now enabled and can be changed. The system will default your Branch automatically.
