ODBC Setup

When setting up EPASS or any of it's related features, an ODBC connection to the database is required.

After the installation of Cache 2011 or 2016 has been completed, you need to setup the ODBC connection(s).

The version of Cache you install depends on which version is installed on your server. If you are unsure, please contact the EPASS technical support team.

Configuring ODBC Settings

For 64-bit operating systems, the ODBC can be found in C:\Windows\sysWOW64\odbcad32.exe.

For 32-bit operating systems, the ODBC can be found in C:\windows\system32\odbcad32.exe.

You must use ODBC Data Source Administrator (32-bit) for EPASS to work.
