OE-12 MTD Sales Anaylsis
This report will let you see which products or brands you are selling with options to separate branches. It has a variety of sorting and grouping options to analyze brand or product selling, including options for open or finished invoices and by invoice start date or finish date so you can see written business or finished business all from the same report.
Report Parameters
Parameters | Description |

Sort By | Select the attribute that you want to sort your report by. |
Report Type | You can run the report in either Summary or Detail mode. Summary is best when doing sales analysis, whereas Detail shows each invoice selling the item or model. |
Status | Select the invoice status: All, Open, or Finished. The Include Not Posted Invoices applies when the Status is set to Finished. Select this checkbox to include unposted invoices in the report. |
Date Type and Range | Select to include invoices by Start Date or Finish Date, and enter the date range. |

Report Filters | Select the type and range of data that appears on the report by selecting one, multiple, or all records from each of these tables. |

Warranty | This option will let you filter sales for warranty or non-warranty items. This refers to warranty service not selling extended warranties. Options are Yes, No or Both. If set to Yes, then the report will only show items where the warranty field = “Yes” and if No, then the report will only show items where Warranty = “No”. Both will include all item lines. |
Process | Select either Current or Archived invoices. |
Start Models on a New Page | This option is only relevant if you select both Include Items and Include Models. If you select Yes, it will print items, then page break before starting models. |
Accumulate Rebates with Models | With this option checked, you can select the Misc. Types that are rebates so they can see a more accurate sales figure. |
Include Items | With this option checked, item sales are included in the report. From the Use Cost dropdown, you can select to include the Actual Cost, Average Cost, or the Last Cost. |
Include Models | With this option checked, model sales are included in the report. From the Use Cost dropdown, you can select to include the Actual Cost, Average Cost, or the Last Cost. |
