OE-21 Technician Performance Analysis

This report is used to analyze technicians’ calls, it is a summarized analysis per technician’s productivity using the NARDA codes (Lack Part, Call Back, Customer Not Home, etc.) field on the labor lines.  These codes are used to break down the reason for complete, incomplete calls.  In cases such as lack part or not home, it is critical that a zero-dollar labor line be added to the invoice with the appropriate NARDA code for EPASS to accumulate trips and time correctly.

Report Parameters

  • Date From and To:  This is the invoice finish date range.
  • Accumulate Calls based on Trip number:  If this box is checked, it will accumulate calls based on the trip number on labor lines.  If there is more than 1 labor line for the same trip per tech then the NARDA code from first labor line is used to accumulate calls.  This is beneficial for companies that have a separate labor line for the trip charge and for the work performed.
  • Process:  The report can be run for either current invoices or archived invoices.
