You’re trying to log into EPASS and you see the following message:

There are a couple of things you can check to start with.

  1. Click the folder icon in the taskbar:

  1. Select Local Disk (C:) or Local Disk (D:) and then double click on EPASS:

  1. Scroll down until you find the following file:

  1. Double click on it to open it in Notepad. Verify the IP address is correct. If you aren’t sure what the IP address should be, you can check a known good machine or check with your supervisor.

  2. The IP address also has to be correct in the ODBC settings.

If both of those are correct and the ODBC test is successful, then you should give our technical support team a call to check the license count.
