Run-Time Error ‘339’

This error is typically seen with new installs on the first attempt at logging in. The problem is typically resolved with the .NET Framework version 3.5, which includes versions 2.0 and 3.0, is are missing.
RESOLUTION
Click your Windows button
If you see ‘Control Panel’ in your menu, click on it, otherwise start typing ‘Control Panel’ and open it.
When it opens, it will typically look like one of these:
Select the highlighted option to open the window showing the currently installed applications on your computer. On the left side of the window, find and click on “Turn Windows features on or off”.
You can see .NET Framework 3.5 is not selected; therefore, it is not installed. Click in the little box to select it and click OK.
When you see the following window, select “Let Windows Update download the files for you”.
After the installation is complete, reboot your machine.
Now, you need to run an update with replace all files checked.
You should now be able to log into EPASS.
