📄️ AVB Getting Started Guide
Welcome to the EPASS AVB LINQ Getting Started guide! This guide has been prepared to help you through the initial steps of integrating EPASS with AVB LINQ.
📄️ Digital Price Tags
We have integrated with a provider of digital price tags. We do not provide the tags or support them (that is all done through the price tag company) but once the system is in place our integration to them is seamless. It does take a few hours for our technical support team to customize the integration for you, set it up on your server, and then test but, once that is done, there is nothing else for you to do. We send pricing updates to the digital tag system every 1-2 hours, so when you change the price of a model in EPASS you can expect that when the 1-2 hour interval comes around the tag will be automatically updated.
📄️ Dimension Express
Dimension Express (D.E.) allows the user to enter models onto an invoice and then click on the D.E. button on the toolbar. This will download all the specifications concerning the model so that those pages can be printed along with the invoice.
📄️ DispatchTrack
The DispatchTrack integration consists of two parts: exporting data to DispatchTrack and importing delivery receipts and notes from DispatchTrack.
📄️ Marcone
For those looking for a simpler way to look up pricing and quantities for Marcone parts, and tired of going to the website to look up the part manually each and every time, you can look up Marcone parts from within the EPASS application.
📄️ Configuring EPASS for RetailDeck
Configuring EPASS to accept data from RetailDeck is a two-part process. The first part should already have been completed by EPASS Support. The second part requires you to configure EPASS so that it correctly applies the data feed from RetailDeck RWS. To do this, you’ll need to “translate” the RetailDeck brand and product codes to codes that EPASS recognizes.
📄️ Surveys and Marketing
We have been working with several companies to integrate EPASS with their marketing or survey services. This integration is all automated so that once we have worked out the rules on what information should be shared, there is nothing for you to do. EPASS continues sending data to their services, and they send out the surveys or requests for reviews. When one of our clients implemented this service recently they received over 100 new Google reviews in the first 90 days.

📄️ Exporting to Quickbooks
If you use Quickbooks, you can export the GL Journal entries in EPASS to an .iif file (Intuit Interchangeable File) which you can then import into Quickbooks.
