📄️ IN-11 Stock Status

📄️ IN-12 Inventory Valuation
This is the main report used for valuation. It produces two reports: Inventory Valuation and Inventory Valuation – Exceptions. The exception report covers all items you do not have a cost for. The valuation report is live, it cannot be back dated.
📄️ IN-13 Price List
Price lists are not commonly printed anymore but they are useful to export to Excel, manipulate/review and then potentially create a Price List Template to import the revised prices back into EPASS. This report can also be used to review min/max levels and import those back in through Item Inventory Utilities > Import Min/Max.
📄️ IN-14 Inventory Margin
This report will show you the profit on items. It will show you what markup table you are using for each item, the calculated list prices based on the markup table as well as the current list price, the difference between the two and the actual profit margin seen for each item. This will help you identify list price errors or where list prices potentially need to be revised.
📄️ IN-15 Inventory Balancing and Restocking
This report allows you to see the inventory levels in each truck all at a glance making it easy to see where inventory needs to be re-balanced. The Excel version of the report is in most cases preferred as it is easier to navigate.
📄️ IN-16 YTD Usage
The YTD Usage report can be used to review stock levels and also what trucks are selling certain brands or product categories of inventory. This will show trends of what trucks that sell more Bosch or dishwasher items helping you balance the inventory.

📄️ IN-22 Inventory Transfer
The Inventory Transfer report can be used to show what has been transferred to a location during a date range. This report is also an audit trail of transfer activity. You may refer to IN-24 to find out what item(s) need to be transferred to a location.
📄️ IN-23 Location Overstock
This report will let you know what items need to come back from a location (technician). The basic premise of the report is to show all items that are above the min/max for the item or location and, since all the special-order items we prepped to the truck have no min/max, they will be immediately overstock if not installed.
📄️ IN-24 Truck Restocking
This report shows all the items in one or more locations that need restocking.
📄️ IN-25 Sales History
This report will show the last three years monthly sales history for every item selected.
📄️ IN-27 Best/Worst Sellers
This is a very powerful report to let you stay on top of what inventory is selling and what is not moving and you still have stock on hand and so need to try to liquidate.
📄️ IN-29 Old Stock Returns
This report is used to track old inventory which can be sent back to the supplier for a credit. It looks at a received date range and any items that were received and are still in stock, and are over the maximum in their location will show up on the report.
