Transferring

Transfer a single serial, a serial batch, items, or prepare items for service calls.

1 - Transferring a Serial

Transfer a single serial to a new location.

  1. Tap Transfer.

  2. Tap Regular (Serial).

  3. Scan or enter the location that you are transferring the serial to.

  4. Scan the serial barcode.

2 - Transferring a Serial Batch

Transfer a serial batch to a new location.

  1. Tap Transfer.

  2. Tap Batch (Serial).

  3. Scan the batch #.

  4. Scan or enter the location that you are transferring the batch to.

3 - Transferring Items

Transfer items to a new location.

  1. Tap Transfer.

  2. Tap Item Inventory.

  3. Scan or enter the location that you are transferring the item from and the location you are transferring to.

  4. Scan the item barcode and enter the quantity that you are transferring.

  5. Tap OK.

4 - Prep Items for Service Calls

Transfer parts from the warehouse to a service truck or technician in preparation for a service call.

  1. Tap Transfer.

  2. Tap Item Prep.

  3. Scan the service invoice barcode.

  4. Scan the item barcode.

  5. Scan or enter the item’s current location.

  6. Scan or enter the route where you’re transferring the item to.

  7. Repeat step 2–6 for each item on the invoice.
