General Operation

Shipping

Ship invoices to customers or return shipped serials back to inventory.

Check Stock

Check your serial and item inventory as well as update serial type, unique price, and notes. You can also view images of serials in the image gallery or add new images using the scanner’s camera.

Transferring

Transfer a single serial, a serial batch, items, or prepare items for service calls.

Receiving

Receive serials, items, or transfers.

Count Inventory

Perform a physical inventory count of your models and items.
